What Happens If the Recipient Isn’t Home?

Our goal is to make sure your thoughtful gesture reaches its destination safely. If the recipient is not at home when we attempt delivery, our trained driver will carefully follow these steps:

  • First, attempt a safe handover to a neighbour, who will be politely asked to accept delivery on the recipient’s behalf.
  • If no neighbour is available, the flowers will be left in a safe, sheltered location (for example, a porch or behind a gate) where weather won’t harm them.
  • A calling card will always be left indicating where the flowers have been placed, or with whom they were left, so your recipient won’t miss out.

We will never leave flowers in unsuitable locations or exposed to the elements. If delivery cannot be completed, we will reach out to arrange a convenient re-delivery slot.
